Terms of Service

By using Seed (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Hosts (creators selling products) must be 18+ and a legal resident of a country where Fanbasis can disburse funds.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account.
Your handle is permanent. Display name and bio are editable.
One account per person. We may suspend duplicates.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Stream or post content that is illegal, harassing, or sexually explicit involving minors.
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform’s operation.
Impersonate someone else or misrepresent affiliations.
Use the chat or any other surface to spam, phish, or solicit.
Resell or otherwise commercialise content posted by other creators without their permission.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, removal of content, and forfeiture of pending balances. Repeat or egregious violations are reported to law enforcement.

4. Creator + monetisation terms

You own the content you stream. By posting, you grant Seed a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and stream that content as part of the Service.
Platform fee. Seed charges a 10% application fee on every successful product sale processed through Fanbasis. Fanbasis processing fees are separate.
Payouts.Net proceeds are released directly to your Fanbasis balance per Fanbasis’s payout schedule.
Refunds + chargebacks. If a customer is refunded or charges back, we reverse the platform fee and may debit that amount from future earnings.
Disconnection. If you disconnect Fanbasis, previously sold products remain valid for buyers but you cannot accept new purchases until you reconnect.

5. Buyer terms

All purchases are made directly from the creator. Seed acts as the technical conduit and platform; the creator is the merchant of record.
Refund eligibility, delivery timelines, and product details are set by the creator on their channel page. Seed will mediate but not arbitrate disputes — reach out at support@seedstreaming.com.
Subscriptions renew on the cadence shown at checkout until you cancel from the Fanbasis customer portal or by emailing support.

6. Intellectual property

Seed’s name, logo, and product design are ours. Don’t use them without written permission. Notify us at support@seedstreaming.comof any IP infringement and we’ll respond per the DMCA.

7. Termination

We can suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or that puts other users at risk. You can delete your account at any time from settings or by emailing support.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee any particular uptime, throughput, or financial outcome. We don’t endorse any creator’s products or advice and we’re not responsible for content posted by users. Streaming requires a real internet connection — if yours drops, the broadcast drops.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seed’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes are resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Delaware.

11. Changes

We’ll post any material change here and notify active users by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
